Dividing Line

Please note that for the year 1993, values contained within the columns "Total Prod," "Underground Prod," and "Continuous Prod" are considered questionable. Data contained within the tables shown below were extracted from the West Virginia Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training Annual Report and Directory of Mines 1993, published July 1994. Data, as shown below and in the published report, are suspect because values do not total correctly. Furthermore, within the published report, all values do not correspond between various tables. Currently, the discrepancies are under investigation. Values that are given here were the best data available to WVGES as of May 2003. Data for 2002 only has total figures to date. Detailed data is forthcoming.
