Directions

The Centennial Conference will be held at the National Conservation Training Center, outside Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The NCTC website provides a lot of information on the NCTC campus, maps, and directions. If you want to look up the location online, the address to use for the NCTC is 100 Col Shepherd Rd, Shepherdstown, WV 25443, USA or this link to Google Maps. Signs to the NCTC are posted along the road from Shepherdstown.

Lodging

Important! Reservations should be made at the NCTC directly, but only after registering for the meeting itself. Once you have registered, your name will be forwarded to the NCTC; only then can you reserve a room. The rate is $119 per day, which includes meals for one person. Accompanying persons staying in the same room will pay an additional amount for their meals. Make sure you make arrangements accordingly.

The telephone number for making reservations at the center is (877) 706-6282. We suggest that you first take a look at the NCTC website reservations page (http://training.fws.gov/meet/reserve.htm) and then wait at least 24 hours after you register with us (online) before calling. Those who register for the meeting via mail will need additional time.

Please note that rooms are guaranteed if you register by the May 23rd Early Registration Date. Rooms may not be available after that date and, therefore, are not guaranteed.
